SecurTrac is a native solution for HCL Domino, designed to monitor and audit activities performed within the platform.
The product can log events associated with emails, documents, databases, agents, design elements, ACL lists, the Domino Directory, and Notes.ini configuration files. It can also identify access, modifications, or deletions and generate real-time alerts for certain types of activities. SecurTrac can support organizations in their audit, internal investigation, data governance, and security control documentation efforts.
SecurSearch is Extracomm’s eDiscovery solution for HCL Notes and HCL Domino environments.
It enables searches of users’ email databases and logs generated by SecurTrac, including across multiple servers. Frequently used queries can be saved and reused, and results can be filtered, sorted, and exported to formats such as CSV or NSF databases. It can be used for internal investigations, audits, legal requests, compliance analyses, or periodic reviews of the organization’s information usage.
SecurEsign enables the addition of electronic signature and re-authentication mechanisms to HCL Notes applications.
Organizations can configure the events that require a user to sign or re-enter their password, such as when accessing, modifying, or approving sensitive information. The signature can store information such as the user’s identity, the date and time of the signature, and the reason for the action. It can be used independently or in conjunction with SecurTrac. In this configuration, electronic signing is complemented by change auditing and the traceability of operations performed on documents and data.
