The road is not strewn with petals. When you look back, you should notice the milestones, both in terms of achievements and the efforts to overcome obstacles. But what is important is what remains if you draw a …balance line. The FivePlus brand now encompasses the 5 years plus the value we offer in everything we do. Says Alin Nita, CEO of FivePlus Solutions.

The brand and the company FivePlus celebrate 5 years of presence in the IT market in November. We started in a niche that we had mastered, namely document management. After a year and a half we went to market with our own document management solution, DocPlus, targeting mainly SME companies. The DocPlus solution was developed on IBM Lotus technology and we have always been supported in our efforts by our partnership with IBM as well as by technological and commercial partnerships at home and abroad.

We became “IBM Advanced Business Partner” and things became clearer and clearer in the way we wanted to expand the range of services provided.

Our solution, DocPlus, has been well received by the market as evidenced by its multiple implementations with companies in various industries. We have been working on the further development of this solution using the innovative spirit of our growing and specialized staff. Staff certifications have contributed to the polishing of our solution and post-implementation services to customers. We have achieved ISO certification through process standardization and improvement, always aiming at customer satisfaction.

We are glad that the innovative spirit and creative side have shaped new business directions, entering new markets: IT consulting, electronic archiving, websites and web portals, elearning, web applications on demand, visual identity, website promotion and SEO.

We have established both technological and commercial partnerships with renowned companies, offering our clients integrated and complementary solutions (Lotus Domino antispam/antivirus, Lotus archiving solution, scanning solution, electronic archiving, IT equipment, etc.). The new partnership with Imtech brings us into an interesting area in the SAP and Lotus/DocPlus market.

We have thus strengthened our position in the IT market, we have increased the confidence of our customers and partners in our solutions and services. Proof of this are the more than 100 customer references, some of which can be found on our website www.fiveplus.ro.

We keep our faith in the future.
