UNTRR has chosen the DocPlus® suite of document management solutions

Following an analysis of existing solutions on the market, UNTRR has chosen to collaborate with ^FivePlus® to provide complete and integrated solutions, both software and hardware products, as well as competent services for consulting, implementation, training and post implementation technical support.

The implementation strategy has been proposed to be implemented in stages as follows:

Implementation of software and hardware infrastructure for electronic messaging, real-time communication and collaborative applications, on IBM Lotus Notes and SameTime platform , SpamSentinel. Full system design, implementation, user and administrator training, technical support for both system commissioning and system assimilation were proposed.
Implementation of the document management solution ^DocPlus® Basic on the platform IBM Lotuswith the following components:
- contact person management
- internal document flow for approval, visas
- document libraries for thematic information management
- collaborative and discussion spaces
- organization of internal activity
Implementation of point document management solutions for:
- ^DocPlus® Contract Management for managing contracts with all their features
- ^DocPlus® Human Resources for personnel file management
- ^DocPlus® Registration for recording and tracking incoming/outgoing documents
- ^DocPlus® Notice for publishing useful information to employees
Extending the system through implementation:
- ^DocPlus® CRM Projects and Opportunities for project collaboration, opportunity identification, partner relationship management
- ^DocPlus® Tasks to efficiently assign and track submitted tasks
- ^DocPlus® Internal Decisions, a way of disseminating decisions in the organisation
- ^DocPlus® External Bulletin Board, a modern solution for publishing useful information to partners on external devices (plasma)
