DocPlus WEB Solution

The software infrastructure is based on HCL Domino technology facilities and the DocPlus Web solution for storing, classifying, transmitting and searching information. Access to the database is from any computer, tablet or phone connected to the internet via a web browser.

DocPlus Web Core modules are a minimum package of modules strictly necessary for the operation of DocPlus Web Enterprise ERP and DocPlus Web Organization application packages, and allow internal communication, structuring of information, workgroups or departments, automation of internal approval processes, information, etc.

In addition to the DocPlus Web Core modules, the DocPlus Web Basic application package consists of a number of standard modules and/or optional customisable modules.
The DocPlus Web Enterprise ERP application package is a complete solution for business management in a company or organisation using an intranet system, which also performs the function of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), developed and improved over more than ten years. With a modular architecture and a single database, this system can be structured to the needs of any user group, making it possible to build your own customised system. In addition to the DocPlus Web Core modules, the application package contains standard modules (including accounting) and optional customisable modules.

The DocPlus Web Organization application suite is a solution for the management of an organization with geographically distributed units and contains point applications that meet the communication requirements between the central unit and the units in the territory, as well as within them, contributing to increased staff productivity, structured management of specific information, quick access to the values/knowledge of the organization. In addition to DocPlus Web Core modules, the application package contains standard modules and optional customisable modules.

The solution architecture is web-based, HCL Domino server software, on top of which the DocPlus Web solution is implemented. Registered users connect to this server via a computer, tablet or phone connected to the internet via a web browser, accessing information based on the rights granted. Communication between users will be done through the Instant e-Mail module integrated in the DocPlus Web solution.
The applications are developed in Romanian and/or English and use HTML5 and CSS3 elements.
