The draft regulates the conditions under which the spaces intended for public parking and for the residence of motor vehicles/vehicles on land belonging to the public or private domain of the Municipality of Bacau are digitised, organised, used and exploited and establishes the rules related to the activity of removal, transport, storage and release of parked, or irregularly parked, abandoned or ownerless vehicles on the public or private domain of the Municipality.
